Almere Duin is a district in Almere Poort, where construction has been ongoing since 2013. The project is being developed by Amvest and features a combination of homes, apartments, and recreational facilities, all set in an artificially created dune landscape along the IJmeer. The goal of DUIN is to create a unique living environment that mimics the experience of living by the coast. The area is continuously growing and expanding with new hospitality spots, shops, and water sports providers.
