Leeghwaterplas lake
The Leeghwaterplas was named after 17th century hydraulic engineer Jan Adriaanszoon Leeghwaters. The Leeghwaterplas is situated between the Hannie Schaft Park and the Waterwijk district. There is a lovely walk that circles the lake which also passes some outstanding fishing spots.
