De Muzen
This 360 metres long, gently curved block for elderly residents is sited at the end of the Muzenpark. It provides an elegant termination for the park and gives the occupiers of The Muzen a fine view. The building incorporates four tulip-shaped lodging houses for visitors on the town side. An elongated winter garden creates a pleasant interior climate. Balconies are suspended at varying heights on the park side of the building. The top floor was treated as a cornice that frames and crowns the building.
